With reference to your letters of the 20th July 1911, No 22471/1911 and of the 4th August 1911
No 23116 I have the honour to enclose a copy of a letter
which we have received from the Secretary, General Post
office, on the subject of Hong Kong stamps to be overprinted for use by the British Post Office Agencies
in China.
2.
I have to request that we may be informed whether the arrangements made in the year 1911 with a view
to the supply of the Hong Kong stamps required by the
Postmaster General shall hold good,
